Smirnoff Raspberry Collins – Vodka Recipe

50ml Smirnoff No. 21® Vodka
9piece(s) Raspberries
25ml Lemon Juice
10m Sugar Syrup
1dash(es) Soda Water

1.9 units of alcohol per serve

Equipment

1 x Tall glass
1 x Jigger
1 x Cocktail Shaker
1 x Ice


 

How to make

1. Muddle raspberries in the base of a shaker.
Muddle 8 raspberries in the base of a shaker.

2. Fill a shaker with ice.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

3. Pour Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, lemon juice and sugar syrup into the shaker.
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, 25ml lemon juice and 10ml sugar syrup into the shaker.

4. Shake until cold.
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

5. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice with a cocktail strainer.

6. Top up with carbonated water and garnish with raspberry.
Top up with carbonated water and place 1 raspberry on top of the drink to garnish.
